- All aromatic potpourri blends sold on HeadshopHQ.com may be legal in some countries and not legal in others, therefore some products that are legal today may become illegal in the future.
- Due to rapidly changing individual county laws, it is up to the buyer to check the laws of their resident country and only order if they agree to accept any liability for the importation of the product.
- HeadshopHQ.com does not accept liability for the purchase of any items listed that have been indicated as a "banned product” today or in the future for sale in the region/country of purchase.
- The Buyer agrees that the Seller does NOT supply instructions for use of any product sold.
- The Buyer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Seller, its suppliers, employees, owners and agents for and against any and all losses, damages and expenses, including legal fees, which may result from the unsafe, improper or illegal use, or an unintended use of any product provided by HeadshopHQ.com
- If the Buyer provides a billing address that does not match the billing address relating to where their credit/debit card statements are delivered to, the Seller will not process the order and will void it.
- Orders CANNOT be placed by third parties; If the name on the credit/debit card does NOT match the name of the person placing the order, the order will not be processed and be voided
- The use of a parents or legal guardian's credit/debit card by a minor without the consent of the parent or legal guardian is a crime. All such orders will be prosecuted by the Seller to the fullest extent of the law. All financial responsibility including, but not limited to attorney fees, court fees, fines and/or any other applicable fees shall be the full responsibility of the fraudulent party.
